Anyone know who is doing the best deals on 250gb 360's mine gave up the ghost and I cant be assed to fix it again so time for a new one.

 

See Tesco are doing it for £215 with black ops was thinking thats pretty good!!

If you want the 250gb version the best deal would be to

get the 4gb xbox kinect deal from tescos at £235 then just

buy the 250gb drive from eBay for about £45.

 

The boxes are identical and you just pop the hard drive in!

 

I just did that last week for an Xmas present !

199.99 plus free game at amazon,,,,,not black ops though.

Are the hard drives on the new 360 the same as the old ones??? as I have a 120gb on that?

 

Other then that gonna go down tesco tonight and get there deal £215 for the 250gb with black ops, plus a mates mum works there so i can get discount aswell :) result....

They've changed the caddie used for the drive so you'll need a new one !

 

you can break the old drive out of the old caddie and sit the drive in as

shown on many sites and youtube but i wouldn't recomend it to much.

Morrisons are selling the 120GB Elite (old style) for £100 new with Pure and Lego Batman.

 

I'd be either going down that road or buying a pre-owned arcade one from Blockbuster for £50 with 1 year warranty and just slap your current HDD on it!
