Hi All,

I'd ideally like to fit my stock exhaust with some new, wider tail pipes. the problem i have is that i'd probably need to remove the tow rings to enable them to fit so my question is this.

What are the tow rings for? towing the Z or to tow another car with the Z?

Would i be ok to remove these?

Cheers

Peter

Cheers Dave. So, if i get rid of them it's not really that much of a big deal. as long as i don't wanna dyno test the car and just have it strapped down by the wheels like my other cars on a tow truck (god forbid i need a tow truck).

I was actually planning to have 2 twin exhausts like the stock but with bigger square tail pipes. Had that set up on my White camaro and it looked really good.

you should be able to get doubles as well

The instructions on my Zenon bumper said remove the the tow hooks, but I thought better of that and ended cutting out my bumper to keep them.

Have seen on some weight saving guides to remove them as well, but they are useful.

cant understand anyone wanting a ring in there toe anyway:wack:
