TT Horsepower figures?

I understand TT models are 300 bhp with manual trans, and 280 bhp with auto trans. Is this correct?

Also, is there any difference in bhp between import and UK cars?

Finally is there any difference in bhp between 2 seater and 2+2 cars?

Thanks,

Ed

take a look at these dyno-sheets:

http://www.ttzd.com/rides/dynocharts/dynocharts.html

Although these figures are from US-cars (with all the TT's beeing 2+0's) it might give you a rough idea.

stock horsepower-figures:

US TT's (manual): 300bhp

US TT's (auto): 280bhp (smaller turbos and different camshafts)

(in the US the TT was only sold as a 2+0)

Euro/UK TT's (manual) : 283 bhp

Euro/UK TT's (auto) : 268bhp (smaller turbos and different camshafts)

(in Europe/UK the TT's were only sold as 2+2's)

I don't have any exact figures of Jspec TT's, but I've been told that both

the manual and the auto have 268bhp.
