Not had one for about 5 years and been having loads lately... really hate the things. Sometimes I get them so bad I go into shock as well so they can last for 5-6 hours.

No matter how many you have the bad ones always make you feel like you are fighting for your life.

I find Zombies on xbox helps, anyone else got any tips :thumbup1:.

my gf suffred from these up until recently.was horrid nothing i did worked just had to wait it out and do my best, horrible.

I used to suffer from anxiety attacks a few years back but I got some counselling on how to control them and I haven't had one since.

I found taking large deep breaths and exhaling slowly helped, I also told myself that I wasn't going to die. These days I just accept that I can't do anything about things out of my control and therefore it's pointless worrying about it.

Yes terrible things, you cant really describe them or understand unless you suffer with them. They suck right and proper....
