Problem

Basically i've manage to fill my engine with dirty water, filling piston 1,3 and five and flooding one side of the engine. But because i wasnt near my house but then knew i had to act quickly before the rusting started, so used what i had which ended up to be diesel mixed with oil, so i used this to free my engine and now its running fine with no noises! (lucky me) but the problem is i was on my way to the MOT center, so now have no tax or MOT but have smoke coming from the exhasts, from the diesel and oil sitting in them! How do i get it out as dont think it will pass its omissions test like this!!
