Put oil in ;)

oil is in mate. does it can be oil pump? or valve?

Take cap of with engine running is any oil getting up there?

Yeah I check that some oil is getting up there. what does this mean?

Are you taking a reading from the standard oil gauge in the dash? Ignore it cos they are shite!

If plenty of oil it getting up there I would say the pump is working ... The shaking is more of a problem tho! I'm sure someone with more mechanical expertise will be along here soon to help... But this happened to a mare of mine & it was a valve that had a chunk taken out of it!!

my friend is mechanical see said thats probably a oil pump. and oil stuck in the turbo something like this

I have yet to see an oilpump failure on a Zed...but oil pressure depends on more variables (eg. bearing spacings)

simple check to see if you have (some) oil pressure in the engine, is to the remove oil cap with engine running and look for oil being splashed around by the camshaft.

The lack of oil from the return from the turbo *may* be caused by the fact that PE1420's are ballbearing and these type of turbos need VERY little oil for lubrication....that's also why most ballbearing turbos need special oillines/oil-adapters to reduce oil flow/pressure to these turbos.

What do you think Is any chance that me turbo is broken, because it's looks like the sound is coming from driver side turbo.

Is the car smoking bad on that side?

No smokes at all mate

> because it's looks like the sound is coming from driver side turbo

what kind of sound/noise ?

and when do you hear the sound ?

The sound comes that engine is just on ant working on normal 900revs. And sound like a turbo's wheels i touching a edge of turbo wall, but that you rev it on higher revs you can't hear that sound.

yeah, could be a problem with the turbo...due to excessive play or a foreign object has damaged the compressor/turbine wheels.

You will have to either remove the turbo or at least remove the downpipe/elbow to be able to check this.

did it lose oilpressure and start making sounds all of a sudden ?

..you also write the engine is shaking, which may indicate a cylinder is not firing.

what's the exact story/background that lead to these problems ?

My advice, get someone who knows these engines to take a look or get it taken to a specialist like Zedworld or D2 as without someone who knows what there doing and can actually diagnose the problem this guessing game could continue forever! I think D2 is nearer to you fella.

Good luck

No than I turn engine on pressure is normal but latter sometimes oil gauge showing that is no pressure. But engine is not shaking all the time it's stops that start again.

yes tomorrow I will bring car to my friends garage hopefully they ganna help me.

Guys it is possible to remove driver side turbo without taking engine out?

How long is taking to take out engine, because my friend is mechanic so He will help me and I will to the rest job, wanna learn everything do myself.

Yes you can but its bloody difficult and for the time it takes you may aswell just take the engine out depending on what you know and how much help you get could take a morning could take all day!! you can also address any other issues at the same time e.g check hoses EGR deletion Water pipe bypass etc etc. I still recommend getting someone who knows these engines to help.

Good Luck Craig
