I had a battery drain of 0.21 amps and traced it to the interior light. I have been doing stuff to the car and left the drivers door open for a few days, but i switched off the interior light thinking everything would be ok. How wrong i was, with the door open and interior light switched off its 0.21 and with the door closed its 0.04, im surprired by this simply because the bulb is not lit regardless of the door being open or closed.

i had the same problem, which was also causing havoc with my alarm, if you put a LED bulb in, if its set to anything other than light when door opens, setting the LED would stay lit up very dimly. i take it yours like mine is wired to the alarm?

I think its something to do with the door light relay. The door switch operates a relay. Press it and you'll hear it. The relay then powers the light. BUT if you switch the bulb off and open the door the relay still operates so the drain comes from the energising of the relay which will be power up the whole time the door is open!

yes the relay will be the culprit then, and probably the alarm also, will remember that in future. Thanks for replies.
