What up grades do i need to do to my car to take it to an easy 400bhp with the option of going to 500bhp?? Also my car is running very rich and bogs down sometimes ?? whats wrong

First of all I think you are running before you can walk. You need to get your Zed to run perfect at stock before you even think of the figs you have posted about.

350bhp is quite simple to reach without to much money spent around £1000

400bhp you will need suporting mods as well as software support £2000

500 bhp well to get this you are into serious engine rebuilds as well as suporting and serious software upgrades £4000 plus

I would sugest you you get your zed performance a1 at stock level and do all the service maint if it has not been done yet.

Any idea whats wrong? Basically its running rich, sometimes bogs down, and sometimes it will rev to a certain point stop increasing for a moment and then start increasing revs again even though my foot is 3/4 down on the throttle the whole time????

Ideally you need the codes scanned for the engine ecu....sounds like it could be in safety mode due to a common fault with the det/knock sensor....

Where can i get that done ?? Any garage?

most important thing if you are going to 450 bhp ..sort the brakes out !!!

the clutch is at the limit on just over stock power ...so you will need an uprated clutch also ...

 

in the interim as Alan said , de cat exhaust , intake kit , chipped ecu , boost controller should see you sitting nicely at 350- 360 bhp ...believe me its fast enough !!! anything over 450 BHP on the road to me seems a waste .....if its acceleration you want then its tourque you need and not mega BHP ...go for a NA diff or leader gear set in the diff ..totaly transforms the car into a traffic light king ....regardless of what your up against ...loose out on top end obvioulsy but how many times do you drive at 178 mph ?

I have allot of high end parts for sale which will easily take you to 500bhp.

 

You could run it at 500 bhp reliably and have scope for more power if needed.

 

However at 500bhp you may need extra supporting mods like clutch etc.
