Hi everyone, new here!

 

Just purchased a 1990 300ZX, normally aspirated, manual, in pearlescent white.

She's an import and has had quite a lot of cosmetic work recently done (new front spoiler, rear valance, resprayed, undersealed, refurbished gun metal grey allloys, new leather front seats, new black and white interior, new carpets, steering wheel, gearknob etc etc).

This is my first ZX though I've thought about getting one for ages.

Not new to Japanese motors though, having owned 4 x Preludes (I love 'em!)

Had one third gen, and three fourth gens (two 2.0 and one 2.2 VTEC that was heavily modified).

Pictures will be posted when I get some taken.......

Welcome. I too have a White Z and have had more than a few Preludes in my time. Seem's to be the natural progression from Lude to ZX (Except Jane who is going backwards lol :) )

Not many Z's over here are there? Have seen a couple of black ones (I think one has hoofed it off to the channel islands now though), a yellow one and another white one (TT) that is or was for sale on Ebay.

Yep not many, there is a gry one in freshwater, off the road at the minute, grey in Northwood, off the road, a burgundy/red in Ryde, mine in Ryde, but in beige primer at the minute lol a black one near Binstead, pearl yellow in Bembridge. There used to be another black one in Ryde, but gone now. I never saw the white one on ebay driving around.

Lol yes, its the new yellow:clown:

 

Its going to be like that for a while now though, got to change the engine and do the manual conversion. I know ive been saying it for ages lol, but its getting to the point where it has to be done and i would rather do it now cos i think the time is right, rather than having to do it cos something has blown up:sweatdrop:

I so envy you, with the weather, im eventually going to live in spain, probably further south though, just love the climate and atmosphere.
