Hose pipes attached to rocker covers

Stupidly i just thrown out these hoses as they were damaged, what i never

checked was if the hoses contain any restrictors or valves inside.

Can anyone tell me if these can be replaced with straight hoses or not ?

Heres a pic of the covers with the missing pipes in the middle :

yip,

Already got a hose that ive test fitted and its straight without and valves in it.

Just wondered if that can be used or do the originals need some sore of restrictor

like what the pcv hoses use.

iirc those pipes arent restricted and ive just taken one off my engine

Mines got brass restictors in but i don,t think it,s any type of pressure restrictor i think it,s to stop any oil passing easily down the pipe into your induction pipes while still allowing the engine to vent , can,t really see it doing any harm not having them though .

Dont want to be funny! but you have a nice red paint job and old rusty bolts, for less then £20 you can get some nice s/steel bolts.

with plenum on those bolts are gonna be well out of sight if ya mean those and not the ptu ones :)
