Has anyone ever taken their Z out onto a track?

Toying with the idea of buying a trackday car but dollars not stretching to a dedicated track toy so wondered if I could take the Z instead?

Just wondered if anyone had taken a Z onto the track - how do you find it?

Are greasy/damp tracks a worry with rwd?

I wouldn't worry about a wet track, take it easy and its more fun!

I haven't taken the zed on track yet, but plan to as soon as its ready.

Others on here have. Just gonna be a fair bit of fuel!

Took my old 200sx turbo to Ty Croes in Anglsey, Its the track 5th gear use to test their cars, Very good days out and very safe and well marshalled, I enjoyed every second and the old nissan performed excellent, nothing could touch me lol, I wouldnt take my zeds, but would love a track zed to play in!!!

lots of us do at japfest. as well as other tracks

stock brakes struggle on a track day- discs getting too hot and boiled fluid. long corners can be a problem

last wet japfest a number of people came off the track but theres plenty of grass there
