Hopefully JeffTT or someone might know the answer to this! When fitting the Hicas eliminator bar yesterday I stupidy broke off the left hand connector on the back of my UK Diff! Any idea what the left and right connectors do?

i might be completely wrong, but did the UK have a diff oil level light on it? could be the sensor for it, but i might well be pi55ing into the wind...

is it diff oil level and diff oil temp?

Yes it is! Had a look on online manual in the end but my connectors we're corroded anyway. Guess they serve no other purpose other than to show the diff oil light... Guess i'll take that bulb out now as well as the HICAS one!

UK zeds have a cooler and pump fitted to the diffs, one sensor is oil level warning (light on dashboard) the other sensor is the temp sensor that switches the pump on/off.

However in our experience they rarely or more likely never operate, so will not be a problem to leave as is.
