you're right, they will need pressure testing and balancing before the go back on the car.

 

another point to consider is, why are they being rebuilt?, has the turbine shaft been worn, is the core in good condition? or, are the end casings fine?

 

it's one thing to rebuild tubs on the bench but, it's another thing to get them right ;)

Can get them tested and running fine for £45 with postage there and back. Turbos are fine but the the rear oil seals have gone.
