Yes, in the middle of fitting a zcentre wide body kit now, the template is very, very basic, a few sheets of paper clipped together with the outline drawn on in biro?? will post a pic tomorrow to show you.

No did not buy the ebay wide kit Dave. That only has standard rear bumper.

This one was proper zcentre kit that someone decided to buy a wide car instead. Has the proper wide rear bumper.

I always did it manually before, but either forgot or pressed to late. Less fun sniping but works.

Jeff or anyone else, do you need to cut the rear sills to fit arches? looks to need them trimmed back.

I would of thought it was just the top of the arch that needs cutting to allow for the suspention travel.

you shouldnt really need to cut any of the sides or the sills

I looked into doing this last year, and it works out to do it properly with respray about 3-4k if your lucky so it probably worth just selling your zed and buying one with the conversion already done.

Craig

Good luck with that. If it was that cheap alot more people would be doing it

£600 it should cost me, thats for the kit, fuel cap and spacers.

DIY spray job £60 paint that I was doing anyway.
