would love an old zed, ideally a 260 2 seater, rolling shell would be ideal. would have to be a bit af a dog as my plans would not be good for a mint one. fully restore the shell, nice gloss black with the chrome would look stunning. oh and id want to fit an rb26 plus z32 running gear

people couldent give these cars away when they got to 20 years or so, now look, there making a fortune (the good ones at least) so imagine how much the z32 will cost to buy in another 10 to 20 years. a fair bit i expect.

I'd gladly swap my Z32, or any Z32 in the world for a decent 240z, modified how I want it.

Would consider a 260z, not interested in the 280zx and I would'nt take a Z31 for free.

love all of em..... just love the last one a little less

I like the 280ZX, but not in the 2+2. In fact the only 2+2 that looks good is our own Z32 :D

The one I love out of all of the earlier Zeds is the US only version 280Z (NOT ZX). It looks exactly the same as the 260, except it's got the 2.8 ltr engine as opposed to the 2.6

Same Yowser, would happily swap a z32 for a very nice 240z, lovely looking car, not too keen on the 260 and definitely wouldn't have 280, i wouldn't say no to a z31 either

100% with you on that except for the federal bumpers

very nice 240z, lovely looking car, not too keen on the 260

? why

dont you like the position of the fusebox or the rear light configuration

as they are both the same body shape

Yeah not keen on those bumpers either, 260Z ones would look a hell of a lot better.

I've even got the genuine owners and workshop manuals for these, both 1975 as I was looking at buying an import a few years back. Never happend though. In fact Steve you probably know the guy who was selling it, SeanDezart
