Went out to Maldon yesterday and got some nice pics. Any other budding photographers here?

50mm with a nice low apature will be great for cars and portrates of people mate, will give nice low light shots too if you go to a car meet at night ;o)

Gonna try and get to Arena Essex on Saturday see if I can get some good car pics there.

Just realised that its says 'photography' and not 'pornography'... Havn't got anything to say now.

4th picture down is pic of the buch I would say. Nicely framed shot with nice contrast between detailed foreground and blurry background. Make sure you get some nice autumninal pics of your Zed down a country lane with some lovely reds and yellows - definitely the best season for a budding photographer.

Anyone nr Leicester with a decent camera fancy helping me get some pics of my zed?

Cheers

i have got into photography this year too, went and got myself a sony alpha a500 with two lenses, the purists will say canon or nikon but i have been well happy with the pics i have taken.

Nice pics fella. Think all you budding photographers should post up some pics. I only have a camera phone and the shakes, doesn't make for good photos unfortunately!!

:punk: wanna know what settings you used for the evening shot of the skyline!! awesome pics

Isn't there some way you can view properties on a picture and find out what all the settings were on? sure I've seen it somewhere.

At night I usually shoot on manual mode with manual focus (not bad bearing in mind my eyesight is shit lol) and just adjust the time of exposure. That was probably 2-3 seconds. But I was pretty lucky with the sky, was a stormy evening and I was shopping, literally flew back home for the camera then off to the airfield for some shots!! ;)
