Bummer dude, not sure if it's the wet or.... tried cleaning the maf and it started first go, then went back to it's normal thing...

It starts first time after a day or so leaving it, then after about 5 mins of normal throttle and driving, it starts losing power.

Example:

When you put your foot on the pedal it near enough dies, so you let it off quick before it stalls at a roundbout or something and you get whacked lol.

Anyway.... if you feather the throttle really really light it will very slowly accelerate, once it's got above about 1000 rpm you can treat it as you want, but as soon as you're back on the 800rpm mark and sitting again, you darn't hit that pedal or that's your lot!....

Any ideas?

This is annoying and can't seem to narrow it down, not sure if it's the wet or not because it's still wet! lol

Thanks, Ant

Have you done an ecu diagnostics, I'd imagine it'd show a MAF error if there was one

car idles lovely, sometimes it goes high gradually, then low again...

Will check ECU led in mode 2 then I gather?

And will have a look at this tps thing, thanks guys, much appreciated =0)

I wonder if when its in gear but not moving its not setting the tmiing correct so its trying to stall. OR its an issue with the torque converter sapping too much power at zero revs?

Out of interest does it suffer the same problems when its in neutral?

hmmmmmmm, not tried that... Will have to.

BUT, after I get this issue and turn the engine off it takes ages to start (even in park) and sometimes not at all unless I leave for a few hours, then starts first go???

Nothing else, I don't understand in the tech guide what it mwans by long is the first digit and shorts are second one?

Does that mean 1.) Is 12, and 2.) is 13???

I can't, it's all back lol

But there is a long stable flash, then two short flashes.

Then stops for a second blank.

Then another long stable, then three short ones...

Then it repeats this in a loop.
