Knocking - Lower end!!!

Hey all

 

Dfinately sounds like its knocking from the lower end. sounds like just one cylinder or bearing or whatever it is knocking. extremely bad when first starting the car from cold but within a second gets a lot lot quieter when the oil pressure picks up. any ideas??

 

Gonna oil and filter it tomorrow but any other ideas?
