I've posted this before, but never had an answer, thought that I'd try again:

 

Has anyone come across an idiots guide to replacing the small window guide between the door frame and the glass, you know, the one that attaches to the back of the glass and runs up and down in the groove.

 

It's bugging the hell out of me as the window 'pops' out of its seal at about 110.

 

Hopefully someone out there can help.

 

failing that how easy is it to strip the door down to get to it?

 

Can someone also give me some part numbers.

Tim, first check if the adjustment-bolts are still in place or need to be readjusted.

 

in order to do this you'll first have to strip the doortrim:

after this you'll have pretty good access to the adjustment-bolts (bolts with a screw inside)

Great help, the offending item is 80325+A, can I assume that the numbers on your image are genuine Nissan part numbers?
