My S4 car which had manual seats from factory has had twin electric seats in it (currently got a single electric drivers seat) but the point of the reply is that it seems that although not fitted from factory the wiring loom was just under the carpet and simply plug in and go. :)

but its wired into my manual seat

3 wires so im guessing one is for the seat buckel??

Yeah probably, mine only had one plug underneath the seat and one plug from the seat into the car.

I suppose as long as there is a supply and return on that plug then it just gives the seat the gift of electricty and the rest it does on its own?

That is just the tensioner mate, You need to get hold of a loom and wire it in.

It's a pretty easy job to do (well, I did it! lol).
