Help With Engine part and poss delete

Hi All,

I do not know what it is (im guessing some kind of oil feed/return?) but I hate it and I either want to delete it or hide it somewhere.

Not my car, just a google pic:

Could someone kindly tell me what it is and point me in the right direction of how to do so?

Many thanks,

Tom

To do a full delete it is best to get a NA power steering pump IMO therefore they dont have Hicas and i preferred this idea to the blanking/rerouting union supplied with other kits. You then need hicas lock out kit for the rear. I have the SPL kit from Smithys so it eliminates the inner ball joints on the hicas as well. Plenty of kits out there to do the job just depends how much you wanna spend
