Dear Zedarians,

 

I have been told that the standard gauges dont fit for my car for some reason :s , and that it would be very hard to modify gauges to fit. Could anybody offer an alternative other than fitting LED's as i really want to fit digital gauges.

Yip,

 

They changes in series 4 which i've got too, i'm planning to do a digital conversion later

this year with help from luke at the zcentre, he sells digital iridium drift guages.

 

Expensive though !!

Actually hes the one that told me, but he then said that the iridium gauges wont fit. is there a way to make them fit?

Hes right that they wont fit !

 

But if you ask him about his thoughts on making a digital cluster from an old cluster

carcus he says it could be done !

 

Get an old guage carcus and dremel the front and make a new face place !

 

I've seen a nice pic of one thats been done, i'll see if i can find it.

I see, ill have a look as well sounds like a good idea.
