Hid lights

Can anyone recommend where to get a complete kit from ?

 

My relay on mine is not so good and the hid,s have been on the z since i got it and were not very well installed,i am p....d off with only one headlight sometimes working and not both lol

    i got my set from Dan at DTA (UK).... bit more expensive than the ebay ones but work well, I'm very happy with them.

    ask him for a price..... :)

     

    also check out the mods for them so that they stay on (if they are already on) when you flash or turn on the high beam..

    Chris i got a set of 55W 6000K HIDs from ebay - they were about £50-£60 i think. Unfortunately one of the ballasts was not holding charge properly (came on sometimes then off etc) I bought another ballast, again off ebay for about £15 as i couldn't be arsed with dealing with customer services in Hong Kong. They now work perfect and i am happy with them.

     

    Alternatively Dan @ DTA - but he is a tad more expensive but easier to get hold of than a dude in China or Hong Kong i suspect. :chinese:

    I bought an H3 set (4300k temperature) from them for my ZX and I have to say for under £60 I was pretty impressed!

     

    I did also buy their H4 Hi-Lo conversion, however that was not so good; but they gave me a full refund, no quibbling, within a few days.

    If you do use your ZX as a daily driver, then I'd say play it safe; spend a bit more and buy a kit from Danny.
