Well the police have found my engine.

It was found very near the unit it was stolen from.

The problem i now have is that i am breaking my car and no longer have the heart or the money to start again.

Apart from that my work load has doubled and i am finding myself further away from home than i have been used to.

Just when i thought the insurance where going to pay up so i would get at least three quaters of the 15k ive spent on it,

It appears.

So if any body wants it make me a reasonable offer please do.

seen as though your braking though, any chance of the window strips (the ones on the side of the windscreen, the two on the targas, and the two little sh*tty ones behind the targas) price?

Did you spend £15k on the engine alone or the car as a whole?

 

I've seen the spec sheet for your engine and it looks well tasty..

 

Have negotiated a good price for one of my Kidnies, so could be interested:lol:

 

Does this mean that the insurance company are giving you nowt then?

 

And how did the police find it - normally you have to find it then tell the police where it is (well that's my experience anyway)...

Steve I am so sorry to hear what you have gone through I remember all the PMs we were sending on the problems with the engine mounts fouling the turbos and sending pictures of how mine was done.All the years of waiting for the engine to be complete and all the promises of when the car would be ready and then the police go and find the engine slung in a field close to the unit of where is was stolen from.:mad2:
