Had to have the Zed looked at by the local grease monkey as it's losing coolant.
He says he's traced it to the metal pipe attached to the near side turbo. (circled in pic')
He's said that it's corroded and that's what's causing the coolant loss. He reckons he could shorten it but is of the opinion that the rubber pipe would be too close to the turbo and subsequently too hot.
Can this pipe be replaced?
If so, can it be done 'in-situ'?
Can Jeff sell me one?
He's also said that that turbo is leaking oil externally. Can anyone comment on that?
