got my car in D2 having Manual Conversion but hoping he can solve my main gripe with a second long hesitation that i get doing Wide Open Throttle for more that 5-6 seconds. can;t overtake very well now and is embarrasing.

Some people thought Boost leak but quite a few said that it would be present all the time and mine is not. happens only with having foot down hard and is fine anywhere from 0 - 50MPH

can anyone else recommend what i should look at. this is very important to me and after having this issue for a year i would like all the help i can get to get rid of this problem before i seriously cry!

i am kind of guessing its Fuel related and one of my guesses is the fuel pump but what do you think?

reckon its the spark plugs gapped incorectly by another mechanic? maybe not enough gap?

Not quite sure why your desperate mate, it's one of those niggly problems that needs looking into and could be a few differnt things.

Surely as D2 are currently working on it then they will find the problem for you a 100 times easier than anyones guess on here as they have the car.

Your happy they will sort arn't you?

I trust them alot and hope they will find it. Time will tell i guess but if they can solve what no other garage can then not only will they make me a very happy man but i will be taking my car to no one but them for anything.

I cant wait to do my rebuild with them in future :)

Im deaperate though as.ive got.a car that hasnt ran right for a year and can hardly enjoy especially as it struggles to go above 60mph without crawling up.

If your running higher boost, gap your plugs to 0.8mm. Are you running series 1 or 2 PTU? Have your fuel pressure monitored while you load up the engine and see if it changes when the problem occurs.

Got series 2 ptu in place. Standard boost. How do i monitor pump whikst driving?

D2 will sort it i am sure, mine is spot on and they are the only one i would trust, recently they have had loads of zeds in with long term running niggles that no other garage has managed to sort, and they have sorted each and every one,f***ing hero's if you ask me.

Damien Dont stress .

It is what we specialise in mate. i l will fix it dont worry.
