So I need to buy some servicable goods for my zed, namely some rear pads, some brake hoses, some wiper blades & what not, anybody got any preferred quality parts providers that they could recommend?

Featured Replies

zcentre? used them a a few times, lukes really helpfull friendly and ussually not taht expensive. there are other traders on here that may well be able to cut you a better deal. as a footnote zcentre is closed till the 8th i think? best of luck matey

For new parts Mike Feeney is the best bet (MJP in the traders section); for 2nd hand parts, then JeffTT (Zedworld in traders)....

Both very helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. I would always use those guys above anyone else!

cool cool, I'll have to put together a parts list and see how much they'd want for them. Also was gonna take the calipers off and give them a scrub and a paint, and figured whilst I got them off and the car off the road may as well uprate the brake hoses to some of these braided ones, but I saw the thread the other day about the wear around the unions (can't find the thread now), who supplies the decent quality ones? Also ... what colour for the calipers, bearing in mind the car is white ... was thinking about dark silver/Gunmetal?
