Opinion on jdm 3 spoke rims?????

I've posted this question elsewhere so was interested to see what you guys think.

JDM 3 spoke rims......dated as fook' or 'old skool' retro?

The Super Advan version 2's would appear to be the nicest 3 spokes on offer
