Hi, me again!! o/

Jeff says I need to replace my HICAS ball joints as there's quite a bit of play in the rear wheels.

Are the Skyline ones the same and/or are the ones off eBay ok to use?

Once I change them, will I need to have the alignment done?

Thanks again!! ;)

Is it the inner ball joints (with the threaded track rod, attached to the hicas pump)) or the outer ball joints (on the lower wishbone) which you need to replace? I bought my inner ones off Ebay and they were fine; I'm pretty sure Mike from MJP can do genuine outer ball joints cheaper than on Ebay, however! If you replace the inners, you will need to get the tracking done; the outers can be done without getting re-tracked.

Ah! Didn't realise there were two, although that makes sense I guess.

S'pose I'll need to get it in the air and check them out huh?

Thanks!
