Oreet folks, I'm after some of that black skanky stuff that's used to hold the lights together and to seal em on the car, would like to get the same stuff with the same properties as originally used if poss, anyone know a brand name?

what about the gunk that sticks the two halfs of the light assembly together? Will have another set of lights next week, the last ones I modded, one was letting water in, (the other I dropped, b*stard)

 

Just want to make sure they seal and stick together as good as possible....

Its the same stuff mate, needs heating the same to create the seal. Although if you look at the diagram it looks like there are 2 different part numbers, one for the light to the body and one for the light itself.

Im sure Mike from MJP will know, he has an encyclopedic brain when it comes to parts lol
