Hi all. I recently bought one of these on fleabay:-

000310410.jpg?

The seller said it had been used ONCE, but even at 90psi it doesn't feel that powerful and I can slow it down quite easily.

Has anyone else got one of these and if so, are they just not generally very powerful or should it maintain 2500rpm at any loading?

Thanks,

Dave

what size tank do you use and whats your CFM on the compressor??

yeah, they do use a lot of air, unless you've got a big jocky compressor, you'll find it isn't much use... my air sander is like that, can't really use it, the air in my garage is really rough, need a bigger compressor...

you aint got a hope in hell even if youve spent over a grand on a decent comperssor, ever wonderd why most bodyshops use lecy?

That compressor is not going to run an air mop.Its ok for a bit of spraying with a detail gun or blowing some tyres up.
