Just a quick one fellas'

This one has been bothering me for some time now

(My appologies if this has been discussed before and for the poor quality pics)

Previously I ran an APEXi induction kit on my 'Z', fitted with a single APEXi filter.

It was quite obvious that it was an improvement over the stock box filter

However, I've now opted for a twin JWT pop charger set up from CZP; currently fitted to a Z1 MOTORSPORT DOOLZ twin intake pipe

**NOTE: The AFM is not required as I will be running a MAP sensor, to that end the AFM will be replaced with another open flow pipe from JWT (similar to the pipe already fitted to the opposite side)

The full JWT pop charger kit comes complete with a JWT hard piping kit for each filter

My question is this:

Each of the JWT hard pipes measure approx 72mm at the widest end

and approx 55mm at the narrowest end

however the Z1 DOOLZ twin pipe only measures approx 72mm at the centre point where the two intaks merge into one

Would this indicate that a single JWT hard pipe fitted to 'each' filter enables a greater volume of air to pass through at any one time, as opposed to the Z1 DOOLZ twin pipe?

Will be better with the JWT ones, not just because of the diameter but also because the 2 swept bends will flow much better than the doolz arrangement as there is no turbulence and associated losses where the pipes merge.

With no MAF there is no need to run anything linking the 2 banks.

My thoughts exactly mate
