hi

my z has a gurgling noise coming from front left wing, cant figure out what it is? could it be the air con as its not working?

also my power steering comes on then goes off at times? any solution on that as well?? thanks

as mentioned, the noise is normal

Its (probably) AIV's, but its not normal....although it is common.

Its a built up of water (condensation) in the pipe that sits where it creates a U-bend. You can drain the water or just junk the system.

ok thanks all the steering does go hard and then loose at random times so its confusing me

Is it a jap or UK car, do you have a kph to mph convertor fitted behind the speedo binnacle?

Although you can change the fluid or check the power steering pipes and connections, the signal from the speedo is generally the cause.

yeah its an import in 2003 and im not sure on the conversion as i bought it after the chap who sold it to me said it had done 91000 miles. it has 144000 on the clock which is about right but now im concerned hes converted it and its now in mph which means its done more miles than i thought. how would i know if its been converted? it does have mph and kph on the speedo??
