I noticed the other day coming home from work, ambient temp around 22 degrees the car would not hit max boost, however today the car was fine with temps being lower.

Now I know there is a minimum limit for safety boost but is there a maximum temp? The car is not overheating or encoutering any other problems.

Standard jap auto no mods other than zorst and airfilters.

ahhh the typical summer problem of a zed + boost + hot weather(intake temps) x shite fuel = dett resulting in safe boost untill a fresh engine start when it clears and full boost is resumed...you could try retarding ing timing by 1 or 2 degrees during hot days if it persists but normaly a sign of dett sensor going bad aswell

Also i didn't think the dett error cleared until you take the battery off for half an hour or so, but I could be wrong.
