Well, got my Blitz valves and hard pipes on. Blocked the pipes as you do with my home made bungs. Well went up the road and all was good then the car wouldn't go into positive boost. It spluttered cut out and i limped back home.

It was over fueling and smoking like mad:taz:

I then took my front cover off to find that i had blew one of the bungs out (the large pipes) the ones with the positive pressure. Im stuck in germany and i think i can get some plumbers end caps like some of the lads on here but how do you stopped then flying off as its a large rubber pipe.

Just wondering. I know i may be in for a few running issues...so im prepared for the worst. Also on the valve there is an adjustment screw. Is this to change the opening pressure??

cheers

you can buy a proper bung from ebay etc and then put some tight jubilee clips around it, and yes the screw adjusts the opening pressure

Yeah get them off ebay for about 4 pounds a piece then fit them with a bit of loctite or strong adhesive then clamp the things down! Theres nothing wrong with your BOV's just have to make sure those bungs are in nice n tight :)
