Hi Guys, just before i place my order for some brake light bulbs for the rear perspex strip has anyone fitted decent led`s? I have been reading past posts and they seem too dim? is this still the case or should i just buy the original ones from the Z-centre?

Not that it's not available, just that it looks shite. I am sure LED technology has moved on a bit since then and you might be able to get micro cluster bulbs.

Fair comment, they are only £3 each and last ages, so will probably go down that route tommorrow, cheers

501's are not bright enough, i had to put a couple in mine for the mot. The bigger ones were a bugger to get hold of locally, so if you can get them Daz, i would stick to the orignals, which are bigger and at 13watt each, are brighter.

i have some spare bulbs darren, how many you need although at £3 each they are not too bad and i would like to keep some spare for myself.

i am not going away til later in the year so i was thinking about a drive over to the sunny coast in july sometime? you going away?

Hi Mate, Just bought some from Luke today but he only had 3 in stock, that should be just enough as i think only 2 had blown, but thanks for the offer, Not sure on hols yet but you know where i am and feel free to call anytime bud.
