Hi,

 

Well operation zed rebuild is moving forwards now (check out my link in my sig) & am having the sills replaced & a full respray.

 

The main thing I am considering is some side skirts - what do you think, yes or no as am undecided (I know its personal preference!).

 

My car styling is fairly stock & would like to keep it that way, so if any I would only choose some subtle looking ones (no comments like "da zed lookz well wikid wiv some vileside skirtz on it, I is only 13 and a half but is gonna get a zed when I is 17 n dey are da bomb on it, innit"!!)

 

Any pics of some subtle ones - how about with door fill panels to match?!

 

Also considering debadging the nose cone (no vents) - again, pics?

 

So far I have a 99 spec front bumper, a 99 spec rear spoiler ready to go on, will keep stock rear bumper as I have never seen an aftermarket one that I like!

 

HID front light conversion & may eventually get 99 rears.

 

Does anyone do 99 side skirt copies?!

I think the stillen ones are very subtle, similar to the 99 spec but a lot cheaper and the fitment nigh on perfect, and they are polyurethane!!!

Had a quick look on Z1 - pics not too great LOL!

There are no 99spec replica skirts that Im aware and tbh Im not actually a fan of them...they look a bit erm..aftermarket lol

 

I would go with Kaminari Skirts...very subtle. (powertrix do cheaper copies of good quality)

Yes i have, although after seeing the Kaminari skirts, i might get the grinder out lol

It's actually surprising how much difference removing the little badge on the nose panel can make.
