Which headers/manifolds?

Hi all,

I'm considering replacing the exhaust manifolds with more efficient ones. I'm also going to fit 360 deg bearings to the T25s and wondered if anyone could recommend any alternatives to the stock ones.

 

So far, I've seen these on e-bay, but I've heard that the cast ones are better than stainless ones and that there was once a good AMS copy:-

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    The copies tend to come & go - I guess the guy gets them in batches & sells them when in.

     

    SS are prone to cracking - I would wait for the cast ones to re-appear!
