Sorry it has been a while since my last post, I have been busy cutting out rusty sills and floors etc'. However, It's been the best part of 2 years now so I thought I would run the engine for the first time. (I have been turning her over periodically) She fired up first time!! slightly noisy on 1 or 2 tappets but no major issues. My question is, What readings should I be seeing on the boost gauge? I have only revved her a little once warmed up and the needle just sits there just to the right of centre, Is that normal or do I have a problem?

Thanks in advance, Redwine300

Don't worry about it guy's, (not that you were by the lack of interest) fixed it myself!!!:censored: If this is the level of interest in general it will probably be another 2 years before I'm back.:surrender: Things seem to have gone down hill since I first joined!!

sorry to hear that! glad you sorted it though how did you fix it?

dan.

Don't be put out chap, the weekends, especially day times are normally very quiet here.

This isn't because we're ignoring you, but most people are busy doing weekend stuff and driving around in their Zeds!! :)

Generally most posting take place during the week on an evening.
