No worries on the pics, rear cluster wise im not keen on the pod style prefer the 99 spec clear look these can be purchased new or can be replicated with the original lights and clear diffuser strips, i also went for clear side repeaters and aftermarket front indicators, mod wise i'd say best do what i did/do, look at the rides section lol

Get it up and running with a thorough service and leave it as is. Standard cars are the rarest these days.

i still got original bills and service books and owners manual still in the cellophane wrappers unopened from the Nissan garage, in Birmingham, very rare i suppose, the interior never been sat in, in the back all original mats etc, ammazing after all these years

To be honest these cars are at their best stock. They're a great balance of comfort, style and performance. I have two and I prefer driving the stock one (which has 12K miles on it :cool3:)

 

Where are you getting it serviced? Stay away from Nissan garages - they know very little about the cars now and charge a fortune.

does it have aftermarket exhausts? if so may be de-catted. or may have de cat pipes on?

On the MOT i saw something about de cat certified??

But i do have a new centre to rear section sitting in the boot that i bought back in 95, i never fitted, not sure why its a single box conversion though what possesd me to buy that, now it will have only one box on the back, maybe shouldnt put it on???? make is HKS 5"

Varying opinions on that and threads lol (as in single/dual or quad) have a search :)

 

i reckon de-cat certified could just mean it can be de-catted due to the year? if you have a gander underneath though they wont be hard to spot if present ;)
