I enjoy photography, but most of my pictures are of cars or abandoned buildings. Anyway the missus wanted to go to a wildlife park the other day, so I thought I'd try my hand at some pictures there, and I think this is about my favourite picture I've ever taken

What interesting animal pictures have you taken, whether it be pets, wild etc?

yeah, too lazy to put a U in there! :tt2: lol

The Missus is in the process of setting up an animal/bird rehabilitation sanctuary.

Just built big f*ck off Aviary against the stables

Couple of pics of birds recently saved/reared.

The white pigeon was given to us already partially hand reared, so we are trying to encourage her to be wild, but she keeps flying to the missus, which is very awkward when you have a staff who chases birds.

Baby rabbits as well about 8 days old, Had six and lost them all. Very difficult to save wild rabbits!!

Sorry it's in PDF

Here's a couple of pics of two of my cats. First one was taken on a 2mp camera phone.

Part of the reason I went there. My friends Mike and Jen got married. Beautiful out door wedding. Whilst you lot where running around through the bitter cold with chapped lips and runny noses, I was enjoying summertime in the Western Cape. :)

Great pics Si, especially the last one before your friends. But you are right, a dSLR will transform your pics, one of the best things I ever bought.

The house aside the hill is a belter and Jen looks pretty as well !

Thanks for sharing Si.

Alan............

I'm sure they yawn just before they go for the Kill! LOL

Great pictures there! I struggle to opperate a £50 digital camera so i would have no chance even getting anything from a fancy camera, totally in awe of the quality of these images!

No a great pic but a recent pic of my "little" cat:

Poor little bugger spends more time in the vets - just picked him up after he decided that after playing with a rubber band (as cats do) that he would eat the fooking thing!

Daft bugger! They had to operate to remove it :bored:
