Guys I need to fit a new aerial to my car as the current one is mounted to the inside of the front windscreen and gives a crap/ signal (something very similar to this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/INTERNAL-GLASS-WINDSCREEN-MOUNT-AMPLIFIED-CAR-AERIAL-/320532140629?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item4aa1345255

Has anyone used a signal amp or similar to boost their signal?

It's either that or I am looking at mounting a new aerial and mount just behind the t-bars on the roof, but I'd only go that route as a last resort. Do not really want to take a drill to the Zed's roof!

Was thinking some sort of bee sting type thing or one like they use on the VW golfs/Polos if it has to be an external jobbie though, what do you think suggestions/tips welcome.

cheers H

I think you can take out the washer jet on the back window and if a bee sting easy.

Cheers, would rather keep the washer John if I'm honest.
