slick 50 isnยดt really the oil, itยดs an additive that puts a ptfc ( teflon ) coating on the working parts, I used it in the engine of a Jeep I once had and it really worked well I have to say.....not sure Iยดd use it on the Z though...why though I donยดt know.

:)

I would not reccomend an additive like slick50

Auto

Dexron ATF Fluid

Manual

75w-90 Gearbox Oil (GL-4)

*If your having Syncro problems, such as Crunches between gears, then people have had success with using Redline MT-90 gearbox oil instead. Stick to standard otherwise.

DON'T DO IT!!!

ย

Additives such as Slick 50; STP etc etc will most likely cause more long term harm than good!

ย

Any decent oil (be it engine, gearbox or otherwise) will contain all the necessary ingredients required for the job; without the need for additives!!
