I'm in a bit of a dilemma and would really appreciate your advice.

I currently own a Z32 NA manual, which I've had for almost a year.

The car is very clean, drives very well and in fact has just passed its MOT with no issues.

Ever since I bought the car, I have always wished that it was a Twin Turbo and more importantly, red (it's white).

All year, I've mused getting it re-sprayed etc. but didn't bother on the basis that it simply isn't cost-effective.

I had therefore made up my mind that as soon as it passed its MOT, I would sell it and then look for a clean RED Twin Turbo.

The problem is that each time I drive it, I'm reminded of how clean, genuine and reliable the car is and that by buying another, I might be taking a huge risk.

Although the white (pearl) has grown on me over the past few months, the fact is that if it were blood red, I would love it.

What should I do?

Better the devil you know imo. there are a lot of sheds out there that are ready to die imo

Why not try and test drive a TT and see if it's worth the change. NA's are very nippy and IMO the only real noticable "normal" driving conditions that you'll see are on the motorway

Friend of mine is selling a mint red TT at the mo for 3K, if your interested i can put you in touch with him.

If your 300 is a good sound car, i would keep it matey. All to often people sell up, buy another 300 and encounter many problems.

Al.

I've owned both and I still stand by the fact I thought the NA was a better drive of the two, the TT was more like driving a giant rubber band!

Pop a lightweight flywheel on there, TT injectors, lightweight underdrive pulley, a decent exhaust and you'll find it'll be a match for any stock TT and with bags more grunt where it matters and more importantly sounds like a TVR tuscan! :)

It would certainly be nice to talk to him. Thanks.
