plenum water pipe removal?

im looking for a guide on how to by pass the water pipes on the under side of the plenum?

 

i know you can easily remove them and they arn't important, and as mine has rusted to bits i cant re fit it without getting a new pelnum

 

have searched but not found it anywhere..?
