Hi, I have been looking for a zed since November, seen about 12 scary examples. Also had offer from a Z specialist in Wiltshire who wanted to build me one from several scrapped cars he had, but the price kept going up and up every day, then he changed his mind and wanted to keep the car! Z world were brilliant going through their records and usually advising ‘the engine rebuild’ or ‘turbo work’ or ‘regular servicing’ etc, etc, the seller had claimed wasn’t actually done by them. But at last I have brought one! It’s a 1990 TT auto. Drove it home 120 miles. It took a couple of hours for the smile to go from my face. What a blast! Mind you I forgot about the overdrive and it took over half a tank of fuel, but I have now sussed it out. Any one in my area please come and have a look and see if it is as good as I think or have I missed something?

Not sure if this will open?

More photos of the new car.

I think the window tinting is a bit excessive if not illegal, any thoughts?

Sounds about right .... get used to seeing that fuel needle drop at quite a rate.

Nice example by the looks of things, I've never seen that spoiler before, not too sure about it, but certainly exclusive.

I'm usually not a big fan of gold wheels, but they look really nice on yours. Also like the front bumper.

Welcome to the club by the way.

I would prefer a standard vented headlight panel that will come in time. I thought people would hate the gold wheels, I wasnt too sure. The Z32 stick on logo looks a bit home made the other is a metal script ‘twin turbo’ perhaps of a 31? I would have liked a Fairlady badge. But all in all a good find to do some work on.:dhttp://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/smilies/banana.gifance:

if it says twin turbo it's likely an aftermarket z32 badge (z31 was single tub)

but yeah you can source the original design from mike @ mjp here on the site or nissan ;)

Welcome, nice looking ride

and to answer the earlier question; not sure about back in the UK but over here in Germany the tint on the front side windows would be illegal i.e a bit too dark. but seeing as you´re in the UK I wait to stand corrected.

:)

The 'twin turbo' script is Porsche 'style'.

I actually like that nose panel, so let me know when you come round to selling it *hides*

And sell me your spoiler! ;)

Any chance you could put another photo up of the apexi multichecker from a bit further away, just want to see where you have it mounted as I'm trying to find a location for mine! thanks :)

The multi checker is on the left of the steering column under the dash. Red NOS button on the right LOL.

Problem being the last owner put the steering wheel on offset so the spokes when going in a straight line cover up the display! Take it off and re position it you may say – problem the retaining nut has been mangled on the spline as a wrong size spanner was used!
