How can you ban people for driving.

This country is a pain in the ass all people want to do is ban everything .

Its not the driving its the antisocial behavour that goes with it.

 

Where I live in Mansfield they had a notorious circuit community many years ago that constantly drove round the inner ring road, and a similar ban was enforced, eventually speed cameras, traffic calming and even closing the town centre bewteen certain hours at the week.

How can you ban people for driving.

Explain how else they're supposed to tackle this anti social behaviour? They've tried everything else. Most people are sick and tired of chavs racing round the streets in their shitty cars with huge exhausts acting like dicks and all the sad morons that hang out in car parks doing doughnuts, burnouts and leaving the place in a mess.

Why is everything blamed on "Chavs" isnt it just teens being teens.as long as you arent hurting ayone where`s the harm.Maybe if the police were on the streets more and got to know the people doing it instead of new laws and banning everything.

I guess you never done anything in your youth that some old fart didnt agree with like,its all part of growing up isnt it.

Several people died and some were seriously injured on the mansfield circuit, it was basically abused by boy racers in novas and escort racing and generally being arseholes. Theres a time and place for racing, a town centre ring round is not the place. Something had to be done.

Didnt know that.And yes I agree time and a place for everything.But if things are banned who decides what type of event it is.They could stop all meeting /gathering of people with an interest in cars

I wonder if some of us driving on that road in our Zeds would be seen as a 'boy racers' with large exhausts etc. I certaintally am not one, I drive like a grandad with no right leg everywhere when i'm running a 3.0 TT

Thats my point if its banned who decides if you are a boy racer.We dont need more laws just enforce what we have

Yes but there are already laws to do something about noise .
