I highly recommend this to people.

It was easy to fit and didn’t need any cutting away of the splashguard to install it, which I know some do require this.

The unique funnel shape at the top of the filter eliminates the possibility of the car stalling at high speed. Other filters tend to make a perfect donut shape airflow around the MAS at high speed, giving a false reading causing the car to stall.

How much HP would you gain? I don’t know, but the difference on my car was noticeable. The car is more responsive, especially at the lower rev range. My exhaust sound became beefier and there is a nice suttle whoosh noise of the recurs, when letting off with the turbo going.

Also, not saying this will work for every one, I had a problem with erratic idle. Some times nearly stalling while stopped in traffic. I installed the A'PEXi induction and disconnected the battery for an hour or so, and my car now idles perfectly on 750. I am not saying that is going to fix every bodies idle problem, I am saying that it improved mine.

Any way. If you are thinking about getting an aftermarket air filter, get this. I was quoted £188 before I saw Smithy's offer. You would be a fool not to.
