What is this and can it be removed? goes into a block under brake master cylinder but pies out of it [to clutch slave] are cut off

Clutch bleed point. Get rid of it and all its pipeing, repalce with a single braided hose from Master to slave - easier to bleed.

And also does the black wire onto oil sender need to be connected???

Not sure about the answer to either of the last two, but can only assume that if the wire goes there then it should be connected to something!!

and also whats this above a/c idle valve [elec conn i mean]

 

you answered that yourself, the broken one is A/C and the black socket on the short fat solenoid if your idle connection (yellow plug)
