apparently if you can get a hair dry to reach, you can get the glass off with out even removing them from the car. just take your time to heat the sticky stuff. and have fun.

Its really easy and only take about 30secs to do

Going back to stock look lamps on silverstreak? Good man!

Not sure Si i am 50/50 on the look of current lights just need to know how to get the glass off because i have an issue with the current chrome bubbling off.

When I did mine I think it was 10 mins in the oven at gas mark 5. Just need to check them regularly to make sure they're not getting too hot, once up to temp they just come right apart.

Hi Dave, not much chance of you becomming Zedless at the moment!:)

I did mine in the oven, but dont force the glass too hard as they do break.

Allan

I used a hairdryer and a glass sucker to get mine off, You can pick glass suckrs up from about £3 for a cheap one that does the job just fine

Well tried and failed stupid cheap hair dryer!

Are they still on the car?

there are about 5 clips that you have to remove and the metal covers that also hold it on.... as far as I can see (had when I did nine) you have to get them off the car (and that takes about 2 hours, crap and awkward job).

As above, paint stripper (head gun) or the oven are the best ways.

Use an electric paint stripper

You may want to remove them from the car if you are going to attempt this method :D
